논문초록 Organic electrochemical transistors (OECTs) are becoming popular for skin-integrated sensors due to their strong signal amplification, low voltage requirements, and durable performance. However, traditional OECTs face challenges from parasitic elements, especially as their inherent amplification improves with material and device modifications. To tackle these issues, this study introduces an innovative device design featuring vertical-Corbino channel structures and a four-electrode potentiostat. These advancements enhance transconductance and reduce parasitic capacitance, enabling precise extraction of intrinsic material properties. The resulting flexible skin sensors can accurately capture physiological muscle signals at an ultra-low operational voltage of - 0.01 V, with a high signal-to-noise ratio of 41 dB. This represents significant progress in non-invasive physiological monitoring, offering improved signal quality and long-term stability.
